The Board of Directors of Fictor Alimentos S.A. plays a fundamental role in corporate governance. It acts as a strategic and supervisory body, representing the interests of shareholders and ensuring that the company is run ethically, efficiently and in line with long-term objectives.
Entrepreneur and manager with 26 years' experience in the industrial, investment fund and real estate sectors. CEO and founding partner of the Fictor Group, he leads a holding company with operations in commodities, the food industry, financial services, infrastructure and energy. He began his career in the financial market at the age of 16 in a family credit management company. During his undergraduate studies in Business Administration, he did an internship and became Supply Chain Manager at a metal packaging company, where he worked for 10 years. At 29, he founded his first business in the offshore oil sector and led the restructuring of Schincariol/Brasil Kirin's supply chain. In 2013, he invested in the beverage industry, acquiring expertise in investment funds and capital management. These experiences were essential to the success of Fictor, founded in 2007. Today, he continues to innovate and turn challenges into opportunities.
The Statutory Executive Board of Fictor Alimentos S. A. is responsible for implementing the strategies and decisions approved by the Board of Directors, conducting the day-to-day management of the company. The Executive Board is made up of professionals appointed for specific functions, with the power to legally represent the company as defined in the bylaws. Its main purpose is to ensure the efficient execution of the company's operations, in line with strategic objectives and legal and regulatory requirements.

Professional with over 20 years' experience as Head of Finance and Controller in multinational companies in the industrial, construction, mining and food sectors, including ESAB, Cimento Liz, U&M Mineração, PifPaf and Atalaia Alimentos. Expertise in complex projects, external audits (KPMG, PWC, Deloitte, among others), SAP implementation and financial strategy. Led tax and risk analysis committees, achieving significant results in tax planning, including the recovery of significant tax credits. Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams of up to 40 people, strategic and financial planning (budget, forecast, performance reports) and cost and SG&A analysis. Solid experience in accounting standards (IFRS), audits and strategic meetings with senior management and boards.
Fictor Alimentos S.A.'s committees are auxiliary structures created by the Board of Directors to help analyze, evaluate and supervise specific or complex issues, ensuring that strategic and operational decisions are well-founded. The purpose of these committees is to deepen the examination of certain issues and provide recommendations to the Board, contributing to the efficiency and quality of corporate governance.
