Custody is the safekeeping (and related services) of securities and financial assets, such as shares. The custodian registers the shares in the name of the person who bought them, guaranteeing their ownership. Fictor Alimentos shares may be held in custody directly at Banco Bradesco, Fictor Alimentos' primary custodian, when the investment is made through a stock broker.

Generally, shares are traded according to a standard lot, in quantities pre-set by the stock exchange. In the case of Fictor Alimentos, the standard lot is 100 shares. There is, however, the possibility of trading a smaller number of shares than the standard lot, on the so-called fractional market, where Fictor Alimentos' stock code is FICT3 (currently as ATOM3).

Banco Bradesco, which is the managing agent of the Fictor Alimentos share system, sends the shareholder's address a statement of their shareholding position when shares are moved, when dividends are paid and for income tax declaration purposes. It is therefore essential that shareholders update their address at any Bradesco branch. In addition, shareholders can, at any time, go to a Banco Bradesco branch and request a statement of their shareholding position in Fictor Alimentos.

Shareholders who bought shares through a stockbroker must update their details with the institution through which the investments were made.

For those shareholders whose shares are held directly at Banco Bradesco, dividends and interest on equity will be deposited directly into your current account. If you haven't received your dividends, it's likely that your current account details are out of date. To update them, go to any Banco Bradesco branch with your personal documents.

Shareholders who have their investments with a stock broker will receive them in their account with that institution.

Brokers and other financial intermediaries have professionals who analyze the market, sectors and companies, and with them you can find out when it is the right time to buy and sell certain shares to get the best results. You can also trade shares over the Internet. To do this, you need to be a client of a B3 brokerage house that has the Home Broker system, which allows you to trade shares via the Internet.

Dividends and/or Interest on Equity can be received by means of credit to a current account at any bank belonging to the clearing system. If the shareholder does not have a bank account, their rights can be received through Banco Bradesco's branch network. To do this, the shareholder must go to the nearest branch, carrying their personal documents (CPF and RG) and the notice of receipt of dividends (received by post).

All material facts, results announcements and other announcements to the market are published simultaneously on CVM/B3 and in the "Financial Information" area of the company's website, and are then sent by e-mail to people who have registered to receive this information. The main difference between a SPAC and an IPO lies in the process and timing of choosing the company to be publicly traded:

SPAC: This is a "blank check" company created to raise capital and then acquire or merge with a target company, which will be listed on the stock exchange. The target is chosen after the SPAC's IPO.

IPO (Initial Public Offering): This is the direct process in which an existing and operational company issues shares to the public for the first time, going public immediately.

While an IPO is done by a company with a defined operation, SPAC raises funds first and only defines the target company later.

To access the portal, follow the steps below:

1. Access the Custody Digital Documents portal: https://documentosdigitaiscustodia.bradesco/

2. Choose the type of person (Individual or Corporate);

3. Enter your CPF (for Individuals) and click on "First Access";

4. Again Enter your CPF, date of birth and the characters mentioned in the window opposite. In the case of Legal Entities, enter the CNPJ and the date of foundation;

5. For security reasons, the system will ask you to confirm your identity, so choose the best option (e-mail or telephone);

6. After confirming, your access will be created. Now all you have to do is enter your CPF or CNPJ and your registered password.

Once access is complete, they will be available to investors in digital form:

- Account holders can request a duplicate via Internet Banking by going to Investments > Consultations. Under book-entry assets, select the option: Consult income report - 2nd copy.
